Scanning, cataloguing, and data entry of photographs, documents and books from collections (approximately 100 to 200 cm of records)
Created or audited, and applied RAD knowledge in the Susan Nikaido Collection, Hori Collection, Toyonaga Collection, Tom Matsui Collection, Yuki Kondo Collection, Koji Goto Collection, and George Tsushima Collection
Ensuring the completion and consistency of past volunteer and student archival work
Transcription and description of 8 hours of interviews from the Sedai Oral History collection to increase accessibility for researchers
Assessing the Sedai Oral History collection, identifying gaps, and curating material from the collection
Research and development of policies surrounding offensive and out-dated language in oral history and archival collections
Developing a standard auditing process for media files in the collection and providing consistent organization in the department’s storage practices
